2021 SUMMER CLASSES

2021 IEPA SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION

 

1. REGISTRATION AND SUMMER CLASSES

   1) Registration : Mar 15 (Mon) ~ May 21 (Fri)

   2) Period : May 31 (Mon) ~ July 30 (Fri) – 8 Weeks *Academy will be closed from 6/28/2021 – 7/2/2021

   3) Class will be cancelled if there is less than minimum student number (Will notify by May 24th if class is cancelled / 100% refund)

   4) Students may arrive at class time only and should be picked up at the end of class

3. PAYMENT

   1) Tuition should be paid by May, 21st. Non-Refundable Deposit $100 for Summer Camp Class and $50 for all other group classes

     Deposit will be deducted from tuition.

   2) Resource fee (Price varies per class), Registration Fee $35 (New student only, one time per family)

   3) Partial payment of 50% may only be applied for full tuition cost excluding resource fee

         (When you submit your registration form, 50% of tuition and full resource fee will be charged immediately and

          the remaining tuition will be charged on June 11)

   4) Only one week absence period is allowed

 

 

4. DISCOUNT POLICY (REQUIRED FULL ATTENDANCE)

   1) March 15 (Mon) ~ April 30 (Fri): 5%  

 

 

5. REFUND POLICY

   1) Class will be cancelled if there is less than minimum student number (Will notify by May 24th if class is cancelled / 100% refund)

   2) Deposit ($100 or $50) is not refundable.

   3) Resource fee is not refundable after class start date.

   4) Refund per date based on full payment Summer tuition only

      – 100% by May 14

      – 75% by May 28

      – 50% by June 4

      – 25% by June 11

      – There is no refund after June 11

 

 

6. NOTICE

   1) Discount is only available for payment by Check, Cash or E-Check(Wire Transfer). There will be 3% convenience fee for Card Payment.

   2) Check and Cash Payment are available for Group Classes except for on-going Private Classes.

   3) Summer Group Classes are available to continue into Fall/Winter session. These classes will run 8 ~ 12 weeks per semester.

   4) Any vacation or absences need to be submitted at the time of registration however, only one absence period (1 week) will be

     allowed. There is no credit, refund or makeup days for missed classes during Summer session.

   5) Current Private classes will continue into the Summer session. / Private class schedule can be adjusted based on teacher’s schedule.
