2020 IEPA SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
1. REGISTRATION AND SUMMER CAMP PERIOD
1) Registration : Feb 3 (Mon) ~ May 29 (Fri) (*ACT/SAT registration from March 2)
2) Period : June 1 (Mon) ~ July 31 (Fri) – 8 Weeks *Academy will be closed from 6/29/2020 – 7/3/2020
3) Class will be cancelled if there is less than 50% student registration *Will notify in May / 100% refund
4) Students may arrive no earlier than 8:50 am or 10 minutes before a class begins.
2. TUITION
1) Summer Academic Camp
① Tuition : $1,200 ($1,080 – 10% / $135 per week) Feb 3 (Mon) ~ March 31 (Tue): 10%
② Resource : $100
2) ACT/SAT TEST PREP
① Tuition : $480
② Resource : $100
3) ‘IVYLEAGUE’ AND ‘ELITE’ UNIVERSITY/COLLEGE WORKSHOP
① Tuition : $240
② Resource : $50
3. PAYMENT
1) Summer Camp, ACT/SAT, IVY League and Elite University/College Workshop
① Tuition should be paid before beginning of class. Deposit $100 Non-refundable included in tuition.
② Resource fee (Price varies per class), Registration Fee $35 (New student only, one time per family)
③ Partial payment of 50% may only be applied for full tuition cost including resource fee.
(When you submit your registration form, 50% of tuition and resource fee will be charged immediately and the remaining tuition will be charged on June 10)
2) Tuition will be prorated for absence period if submitted and verified by Academy before Summer session begin, Only one absence period is provided.
3) M/R program is a regular program and tuition is charged monthly.
4. DISCOUNT POLICY (REQUIRED CLASS ATTENDANCE FOR MORE THAN 6 WEEKS)
1) Feb 2 (Mon) ~ March 31 (Tue): 10%
2) April 1 (Wed) ~ April 30 (Thurs): 5%

5. REFUND POLICY
1) Class will be cancelled if there is less than 50% registration (Will notify in May / 100% refund)
2) Deposit ($100) is not refundable and resource fee is not refundable after class start date.
3) Refund per date based on full payment Summer tuition only
– 100% by May 15 | – 75% by May 29 |
– 50% by June 5 | – 25% by June 12 |
– There is no refund after June 12 | |
6. REQUIREMENT
1) ACT/SAT student must come on May, 28 or May, 29 for full test, Summer ACT/SAT program.
2) Any vacation or absences need to be submitted at the time of registration however, only one absence period will be allowed. There is no credit, refund or makeup days for missed classes during Summer session.
